My new gas water heater install was incredibly smooth + professional + efficient, with River City Plumbing's journeyman plumber, Tim, and his apprentice, Wes, providing an overall amazing result. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness in configuring the system to my non-standard home layout, and how they offered a range of configurations for me to choose from given my non-standard layout. Not only is the system a major improvement to my former tank water heater in terms of heating capability and energy efficiency, it's also a major upgrade in terms of aesthetics -- see attached photo that speaks for itself. All said, Tim and Wes are major assets to the company. The installation supervisor, Jeff M., visited on multiple occassions to see how things were going, answered any questions I had, provided a detailed rundown of how the system operates, verified that the unit had the warranty successfully registered, and ensured that the install obtained final permit approval from the city. Initially, I didn't expect such a high level of service and guidance as this, but I was immensely grateful for it -- especially with regard to the permitting aspect, which apparently isn't common with other plumbing companies in the area. As an aside, during the inspection of my new unit, the city permitting official made an unprompted comment, stating that River City Plumbing consistently has amongst the cleanest and most thorough installs that he sees around town. Very high praise indeed! In short, I'm super happy with the end result, and would easily recommend River City Plumbing to anyone in the area.

It's been a long time coming for this review! I have used plumber Johnny at River city plumbing for years. This man has fixed and replaced many items in my house. I have had a toilet moved and replaced with a new one. A new and bigger water heater replaced. My fridge water line hooked up. A new sink and faucets put in and the garbage disposal- which has been serviced since. These guys are professional, always on time for appointments, and kind. I've had lots of money put in my house with new toilets/sinks/faucets/water heater ect- and these guys delivery 5 star service while they do it. I only call this guy, they have my trust and loyalty while I live in the Reno - Sparks area.

My husband I highly recommend the owner, Adrian, and Jeff M (installation Supervisor). When we had an issue with their salesman, Adrian stepped right in to make it right. Adrian and Jeff were professional, on-time, explained the process and delivered on every promised. They installed a new water heater and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Getting ready for the summer I had to have the irrigation system turned on. A friend came out to help and I was very grateful for his help. But for some reason one of the components sprung a leak that caused a major flood resulting in the need to have the water turned off at the main. That happened at 5:30 p.m. last night. Early this morning I started calling 1/2 a dozen companies before getting to River City Plumbing. Only one other company even bothered to call back to say they didn't handle such problems. I spoke with Jill at River City and she could tell I was under duress. She put me in immediate contact with Dustin Dunbar who is the Plumbing Manager for River City. Dustin came out himself, in less than an hour and found the problem turned the water back on to the house and then had me call Jill back to arrange for Rob their irrigation specialist from the partner company Harris Landscape to come out on Monday to check out the whole system. I can't tell you how relieved I am to have the problem taken care of and can't rave enough about the excellent service I received.

I had a bad leak under Mobile home. Josh came out and checked it out and went into detail about what was going on. Gave estimate. With Senior discount! Made arrangements for sometime come out 2 days later. Did repair in a timely manner. Came in house and checked everything out and had a nice visit. Awesome customer service. We had a leak under our sink and RCP came out to see what was going on with it! They were early to the free estimate appointment and were thorough and even showed me where the leak was coming from. They booked our appointment to get the leak fixed for less than a week later. They arrived early to that appointment as well! They cleaned up after and were so quick and quiet even with drilling and such. Glad to have the leak fixed and everything working as normal again. Thank you RCP!

I contacted River City Plumbing to investigate possible under ground natural gas leaks for my customer at Union Pacific Railroad. They came out to the site to get an idea of what needed to be done. When work was scheduled, they came out on time and performed all work that was requested. They have a great crew and had all the manpower and equipment that the task required. They are a great company and I would recommend them to anybody from small jobs to the large project they did for me!
