Mike and the guys at River City Plumbing came to my aid when I needed help the most. I had a fresh water main replacement in Reno and they made the whole thing go from an "ordeal" to OVER in just a few days. 100 feet of trenching and new lines ran under the house and you'd never know it. Months later and I've had no issues, everything is perfect. Thank you all very much, I heartily recommend this company for your "ordeal" to be over ASAP and at a more than fair price.

It's been a long time coming for this review! I have used plumber Johnny at River city plumbing for years. This man has fixed and replaced many items in my house. I have had a toilet moved and replaced with a new one. A new and bigger water heater replaced. My fridge water line hooked up. A new sink and faucets put in and the garbage disposal- which has been serviced since. These guys are professional, always on time for appointments, and kind. I've had lots of money put in my house with new toilets/sinks/faucets/water heater ect- and these guys delivery 5 star service while they do it. I only call this guy, they have my trust and loyalty while I live in the Reno - Sparks area.

RCP to the rescue! Our hot water heater finally took its last breath on Saturday and Mike and his squad were at our house Monday morning at 8am sharp. Their communication and professionalism are unmatched and the service was incredible. We chose a tankless water heater to add some value to our home and while it's a big purchase, Mike made in much more palatable with his explanation of the service and timeliness during a stressful time. Oh and they completed the job in one day. You get what you pay for people. Look at this work! Thanks RCP.

Getting ready for the summer I had to have the irrigation system turned on. A friend came out to help and I was very grateful for his help. But for some reason one of the components sprung a leak that caused a major flood resulting in the need to have the water turned off at the main. That happened at 5:30 p.m. last night. Early this morning I started calling 1/2 a dozen companies before getting to River City Plumbing. Only one other company even bothered to call back to say they didn't handle such problems. I spoke with Jill at River City and she could tell I was under duress. She put me in immediate contact with Dustin Dunbar who is the Plumbing Manager for River City. Dustin came out himself, in less than an hour and found the problem turned the water back on to the house and then had me call Jill back to arrange for Rob their irrigation specialist from the partner company Harris Landscape to come out on Monday to check out the whole system. I can't tell you how relieved I am to have the problem taken care of and can't rave enough about the excellent service I received.

We had a complete sewer line redo after RCP showed me the video camera of the failing system which had caused a flooding in the basement family room and downstairs storage room, bathroom, laundry. Once we did the go ahead, workers were in for over three weeks. Each and everyone of the crew were effecient, polite, and did superior work. We had to have tiling redo, drywall, and of course the sewer line redone from the basement to the main city line. This meant a trench 10 feet deep outside, and extensive work to redo inside. While we were at it, we decided to change out the old water heater to a new tankless system. Commendable was the attention to detail, check ups on progress by the owner, Mike, and ways to save me some money. I have since recommended this very fine group to several people to keep their names and numbers in their contacts for any future needs. I have nothing but good to say about each and every one of them! Thank you for turning a horrific time to one of satisfaction and assurance.

The River City Team is amazing. Mike was prompt with his estimates, scheduling, follow-up. Johnny, the plumbing technician was timely, thorough, respectful, and did a superb job installing our steam shower and doing general plumbing repairs. Highly recommend.

I contacted River City Plumbing to investigate possible under ground natural gas leaks for my customer at Union Pacific Railroad. They came out to the site to get an idea of what needed to be done. When work was scheduled, they came out on time and performed all work that was requested. They have a great crew and had all the manpower and equipment that the task required. They are a great company and I would recommend them to anybody from small jobs to the large project they did for me!
